This NanoFabTx^™ microfluidic - micro, microfluidic chip is used in NanoFabTx^™ Microfluidic - Micro kit, for synthesis of 1-5 μm particles. Reagent kit (NanoFabTx^™ PLGA-Micro, for synthesis of 1-5 μm particles) is available to pair with this microfluidic kit for precise fabrication of microparticles.
Microfluidic system is a powerful tool for fabricating drug delivery particles. The well controlled chip geometries and flow parameters enable facile synthesis of monodispersed particles with minimum batch-to-batch variance. It allows rapid production of microspheres, and reduces the time for screening optimal carriers for drug delivery.
