| Specificity【特异性】 | Recognizes mouse Flt-4 (mouse 1363-aa and human 1298-aa) a receptor protein tyrosine kinase. It is type 1 membrane protein, a receptor for VEGF-C and is expressed in adult lung, and liver, and in fetal liver, brain, intestine, and placenta. Flt-4 is also known as vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR3). SPECIES REACTIVITIES: The peptide sequence used is relatively conserved in rat (85%) and human (73%) Flt-4/VEGFR3. No significant sequence homology is seen with VEGFR1, VEGFR2, or other tyrosine kinases. Antibody crossreactivity in other species is not established. |
