| General description【一般描述】 | UCHL5 is a member of the peptidase C12 family. It is a protease that specifically cleaves ′Lys-48′-linked polyubiquitin chains, and is the deubiquitinating enzyme related to the 19S regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome. |
