| General description【一般描述】 | AURA/AURKA (aurora kinase A) is mapped to human chromosome 20q13.2. It is also termed as STK15 (serine/threonine kinase 15). This gene codes for a protein of 403 amino acids with regulatory and catalytic domains. AURA is overexpressed in several malignancies like invasive carcinomas of ovary, head, neck and breast. Human Aurora kinase A (GenBank Accession No. NM_003600), amino acids 2- 403 with N-terminal HIS6-tag, MW=50 kDa, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system. |
