| General description【一般描述】 | CXCL6 (C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 6)/GCP-2 (granulocyte chemotactic protein-2), a pro-inflammatory neutrophil chemoattractant, is mapped to human chromosome 4q12-q13. It belongs to the ELR+ CXC family. It is synthesized by mesenchymal cells like fibroblasts and micro and macrovascular endothelial cells. |
