Significant homology is seen with mammalian USF′s (Upstream Stimulatory Factors 1 and 2) and human and mouse BMAL1 and ARNTs. SPECIES REACTIVITIES: The immunogen sequence has no homology with mammalian Clock or Per proteins. Reactivity with other species has not been confirmed. |
