| Preparation Note【制备说明】 | Dissolve 42.5g BSM-Broth in 1 litre water. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 min. Cool to 45-50℃ and aseptically add 116 mg BSM supplement (Cat. No. 83055; freshly dissolved in 1 to 5 ml sterile water), mix well. |
