超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是一种抗氧化酶，参与活性氧(ROS)的防御系统。SOD 催化超氧自由基阴离子(O2-)歧化为过氧化氢，然后通过谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶将其催化成无毒的 O2 和 H2O。已经鉴定出了几种 SOD。这些包括细胞内铜、锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu、Zn SOD/SOD1)，线粒体锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn SOD/SOD2)和细胞外铜、锌超氧化物歧化酶(EC SOD/SOD3)。含 80 kDa 四聚体酶 SOD2 的锰位于线粒体基质中，紧邻主要的内源超氧化物源(线粒体呼吸链)。

免疫组化(石蜡)：
10 μg/mL 先前批次的抗体在石蜡包埋的大鼠脑组织切片中检测到 MnSOD。
抗 Mn-SOD 抗体是抗 Mn-SOD 的抗体，可用于 IH、IH(P)& WB。

通过蛋白质印迹对 MCF-7、A431 或大鼠 L6 RIPA 细胞的 RIPA 裂解液进行了评估。

蛋白质印迹分析：
0.5-2 μg/mL 的该抗体在大鼠 L6 RIPA 细胞的 RIPA 裂解液中检测到 MnSOD。1-4 μg/mL 先前批次的抗体在人 MCF-7、A431 和大鼠 L6 RIPA 细胞的 RIPA 裂解液中检测到 MnSOD。
