| General description【一般描述】 | Axin-1 is a beta-catenin destruction complex scaffold protein and a transcription factor of the Wnt signaling pathway. Variation in the Wnt signaling pathway has been associated with the formation of some primary human cancers. Axin-1 mutation has been linked to oral squamous cell carcinoma. Axin-1 binds to GSK3alpha and activates the Wnt signaling pathway which is shown to be associated with growth and development of cells. Axin-1 has also been implicated in Alzheimer′s disease. |

Immunohistochemistry Analysis: 1:1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected Axin-1 in human kidney and human skin tissues. |
