Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti- Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), and Anti-Rabbit Serum. Solid phase adsorption(s) against a panel of Mouse IgG kappa, IgM kappa and IgA kappa proteins was performed. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA.. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other Mouse or Human heavy or light chain isotypes. |
