| General description【一般描述】 | USP44 (ubiquitin-specific protease 44) codes for a 712 amino acid protein. It belongs to the ubiquitin-specific protease (USP) family. USP44 contains a ZnF-UBP (zinc-finger ubiquitin-specific protease) domain and conserved cysteine, histidine and asparagine/aspartic acid residues.It is abundantly expressed in the nucleus. It is mapped to human chromosome 12q22. Anti-USP44 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total USP44 protein. |
