TPX2, microtubule-associated, homolog (Xenopus laevis) (DIL2, HCA519) is a highly conserved microtubule-associated protein (MAP) involved in spindle regulation via processes such as microtubule nucleation, bundling and stabilization, Aurora A kinase activation, kinesin-5 binding and kenesin-12 recruitment.

Anti-TPX2 polyclonal antibody reacts with bovine, canine, human, rat, and mouse TPX2, microtubule-associated, homolog proteins.

Anti-TPX2 polyclonal antibody is used to tag TPX2, microtubule-associated, homolog protein for detection and quantitation by Western blotting and in plasma by immunohistochemical (IHC) techniques. It is used as a probe to determine the roles of TPX2, microtubule-associated, homolog in the management of microtubule function and spindle dynamics during the cell cycle.
