| General description【一般描述】 | FOXK1 codes for the forkhead box K1 protein that is expressed in mouse neuroretinal cells. It modulates the transcriptional functions of Foxo4 and Mef2, and enhances cell proliferation and inhibits myogenic differentiation. Studies have reported that Fhl2-Foxk1 cascade modulates progenitor functions in skeletal muscle cells. Rabbit Anti-FOXK1 antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, chicken, and zebrafish FOXK1. |
