Anti-FAM47A antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project (www.proteinatlas.org). FAM47A (family with sequence similarity 47, member A) gene is mapped to chromosome Xp21.1. Alteration in this gene is observed in paediatric T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma patients. Deletion of this gene along with several other genes from Xp11.4-Xp21.1 is seen in leukocyte-derived DNA from a patient suffering from chronic granulomatous disease.
