| General description【一般描述】 | CNOT3 is a subunit of the CCR4-NOT transcription complex. This subunit can bind to the PRPF31 promoter and mediate transcriptional repression. It acts as a modifier gene and controls the effects of PRPF31 mutations in retinitis pigmentosa. CNOT3 mutations have also been implicated in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). Rabbit Anti-CNOT3 antibody recognizes bovine, human, mouse, rat, zebrafish, canine, and rabbit CNOT3. |
