| General description【一般描述】 | CCT4 is a subunit of the TCP1 complex that regulates protein folding. Mutations in CCT4 have been associated with hereditary sensory neuropathy in rats. CCT4 mutant yeasts also exhibit functional/structural impairment in budding, cell shape and actin organization. Rabbit Anti-CCT4 antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, and chicken CCT4. |
