| General description【一般描述】 | TRIM31 (tripartite motif-containing 31) belongs to TRIM (tripartite motif-containing protein) family. It is particularly expressed in the gastrointestinal tract. TRIM31 contains carboxy-terminal PRY and SPRY (spla kinase and ryanodine receptor) domains. It is usually located in the cytoplasm, but a fraction of TRIM31 is present in the mitochondria. TRIM31 is located on human chromosome 6p22.1. |
