| General description【一般描述】 | SNRPB (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein-associated protein B) is an important constituent of the spliceosome. It codes for SmB/B′ (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptides B and B1). It is located on human chromosome 20p13. SmB′/B are upregulated in all tissues excluding postnatal brain. Monoclonal Anti-SmB (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma 12F5-H3.D8 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with an SmB recombinant protein. |
