This antibody shows 100% cross-reactivity with rchNetrin-1 and no cross-reactivity with rhNetrin-2, rhNetrin-4, rmNetrin-4, or rmNetrin-G1a.

Netrin-1 (NTN1) acts as a cardioprotectant. It can stimulate neovascularization of the retina in retinopathy. NTN1 has roles in angiogenesis and thymocyte adhesion.
