| Application【应用】 | Affinity chromatography using glutathione-agarose permits rapid, mild, non-denaturing and highly selective purification of glutathione binding enzymes such as glutathione-S-transferase, glutathione peroxidase, and glyoxalase I. The product was used in the design, synthesis and biological evaluation of new tryptamine and tetrahydro-β-carboline-based selective inhibitors of CDK4. It was also used to study Fascaplysin-inspired diindolyls as selective inhibitors of CDK4/cyclin D1. 利用谷胱甘肽-琼脂糖亲和层析技术，可以快速、温和、非变性和高度选择性地纯化含有谷胱甘肽结合序列的蛋白质，如谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和乙二醛酶I。 |
